購物須知

訂購完成後，我們將寄發訂購通知信，通知信將確認消費者訂購之商品、取貨方式及出貨日期。

商品規格、圖片、說明、無庫存、價格或交易條件有誤及其他無法接受訂單之情形，將通知消費者訂單不成立，取消訂單並辦理退款。

商品顏色因電腦螢幕設定會略有差異，請以實際商品顏色為主。

每件商品皆為手工製造的藝術品，商品出貨後概不退換。

發票一經開立且商品送出，消費者須自行提供掛號回郵信封。

Shopping Notes

After the order is completed, we will send an order notification letter, which will confirm the goods ordered by the consumer, the pick-up method and the date of shipment.

In the case of product specifications, pictures, descriptions, out of stock, incorrect prices or trading conditions, and other unacceptable orders, the consumer will be notified that the order is not valid, the order will be cancelled and a refund will be processed.

The color of the product will be slightly different due to the computer screen settings, please use the actual product color as the main color.

Each item is a handmade artwork and cannot be returned or exchanged after shipment.

Once the invoice is issued and the goods are sent, consumers must provide a registered return envelope by themselves.
